Sabbath Moments

1) Prayed the rosary with a beautiful group of women and girls w/ our pastor atop a mountain, today!

2) Saw some AWESOME large birds of prey soaring through the wild blue yonder while we were up there!

3) Father played some lovely meditation music as background while we ate our lunch at the parish hall after our hike. It was SO relaxing and wonderful. Like having lunch in heaven!

These are the wonderful Sabbath Moments I shared with God today. My dear friend, Colleen Spiro, hosts this meme each week and invites YOU to share the times you find yourself enjoying the presence of God in your life. You'll want to check out Colleen's blog, via the link in my sidebar. And, while you are there, make sure you click the links to her website, book, and NEW e-book (which is PERFECT for Lent...How do I know? I'm reading it, myself!)

It sounds like you had a fabulous day. I really like the thankfulness in the theme of your blog. It's a good reminder that no matter what happens in life, if we can recognize God's blessings and accept how He works in us, we will be happy.

Lisa, it truly was, incredible! Thanks for stopping by to share it with me:)

Colleen...I was thinking of YOU, as soon as I saw those birds up there!

Barb, I am very glad that you enjoy this blog. I have found "A thankful heart is a joyful heart" to be very true in my own life...that is what led to me begin this particular blog. It's nice to know that you can "feel" the thankfulness theme when you visit here! And, there was no way for you to know this...but that last statement of yours in the comments was extremely timely for me...THANK YOU, for that reminder!
