Jennifer has lots to share and will keep you laughing, thinking, wondering, praying, and learning if you click the link in my sidebar and visit her at ConversionDiary.com.
Each week, she invites us to sum up our blogging thoughts with seven mini posts.
Here are mine for this week:
1) I was super excited (and my two teens in the house were super-NOT-excited) that I took the WII sports fitness challenge and the computer analyzed my age as 20!!!!!!!
WOO HOOOOOOOO! Jake and Laura were both in their mid thirties and they are NOT happy about this, hee hee. GO MID LIFE MOMMIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!
2) This is a BIG Sacrament weekend for us! Our son Joseph will be receiving his First Holy Communion....his best friend Zach will be receiving HIS the following day and Zach's little baby brother will be Baptized at the same time and my husband and I have the privilege and honor of being the godparents!!! Such occasions for REJOICING! Joey's Baptismal candle is on our dining table and we light it before each dinner and say a little prayer, asking Jesus to help him prepare and walk closely with him now and always:)
3) The wonderful Masses and celebrations that are up and coming will present a HUGE challenge for my dear husband, still very much recovering from surgery. Hopefully, he will "be good" and SIT throughout the Masses...but I doubt it...he's a difficult patient. ::SMILE::
4) I'm sloooowwwwlllly figuring out how to download and install all of the drivers, devices, and programs for our computer after that nasty virus caused us to wipe the hard drive clean. I am not very knowledgeable in the software/hardware area of computers and it is a slow and frustrating process for me. But I'm plugging along.
5) Laura is working on some new coloring pages for your kids! They'll be uploaded to the FREE coloring pages section of Homeschool Faith and Family Life very soon! She also has customized coloring sets available for sale there. If you'd like to present your child/children with personalized sets of 12 coloring pages, she'll be happy to create some for you! She does a GREAT job and kids LOVE them! You can read more about ordering here.
6) We have been watching the old Robin Hood television series via a dvd set from our library that we checked out...SUCH clever writing and delightful humor in these stories!
We'd just finished reading the tales aloud, so this dvd was a nice complement to our adventures. I'd forgotten how good this show was. If you can find a copy, it is WELL worth viewing as a family! We're so sad that it must be returned tomorrow and hope that we can find a copy for sale somewhere.
7) My email is still down, so if you'd like to get in touch with me, you can use our business email:

Have a great weekend!
